Neerja Malik is a Cancer Counsellor, Inspirational Speaker, Global Cancer Ambassador & Author of the book called "I Inspire". She likes to call herself a Breast Cancer Conqueror rather than a Survivor. She started the Apollo Cancer Support Group on 8 March 2004 and inaugurated the Pollachi Cancer Support Group on 2 February 2018. Her vast experience as a social worker and a teacher in various schools honed her skills and prepared her to achieve what she always wanted to do. She has been counselling patients with Cancer and their family members and caregivers for 21 years, with unbridled passion and dedication. In this regard, she was invited by the Department of State, the USA, to participate in the first-ever IVLP (International Visitors Leadership Program) in Breast Cancer in October 2008. She has discovered that she leads by example because she firmly states, "I can do it, so can you".
