Neerja Malik Speaks at Asian School of Journalism

My dearly beloved P.G. Diploma students at the Asian School of Journalism, I am so impressed with all of you who are the future of India in this very dynamic field...

I was invited to be interviewed at their campus studio (at 6.45 am today, mind you) by the students who were attempting a one and a half hour non stop TV News Bulletin for the first time...

In the 15 minute slot kept aside for me, my very professional anchors Shahzad Malik and Gursharan Kaur asked appropriate questions about my life, counselling, Sankalp and of course 'I Inspire'...

All this under the very knowledgeable and capable guidance of their professor Mr Solanki... He 'framed' some of these moments captured in time also...

I witnessed the anchors interviewing Vishnu Ramprasad, a young, talented and dynamic musician...

A newsreader reported Local, World and Sports News...

All in all it was an awesome morning packed with excitement, youthful vigour, exchange of ideas, cups of coffee and believe you me, 'aalu paronthas' for breakfast...

All of them including Apoorva Shankar, Aditya Balaji, Simran Bhalla, Gopika Ajayan, Sneha, Aparna just stole my heart...

God is Great...

The tender blooming of a flower...

The awesome and grand glory of Nature...

Oh, how my heart melts into nothingness...

When my eyes behold and then drink in the simple beauty...

Of the Marvels that The Almighty God has gifted to us...

So generously, so impartially...

And when there is nothing that separates us, from and within Him...

Why do we demarcate boundaries and put up walls...

Where none should exist ???

He, with His Bountiful Grace and Abundant Blessings...

Gives to us a delicate flower, in all it's exquisite rainbow colours...

We have a choice...

To offer it to Him in prayerful gratitude...

Or to crush it mercilessly, in one fell swoop...

And I just want to gently smile, lower my eyes and soak in and absorb the fragrance of it's own essence of Being...

God is Great....
